Strategic alignment to executive team.
 

With a focus on continued company growth and expansion, ELITE COMPANIES™ is excited to announce effective January 5th, 2022, Jim Feltch, CHC, has joined as a partner of the firm! “I couldn’t be more excited at the opportunity at teaming with Jim. My vision for the company, coupled with our core experience and competencies, will yield opportunities for company growth at a very accelerated pace. With this strategy in mind, Jim will take on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, a role he is very familiar with and has had extensive success at within our industry and in our chosen regional focus.” Said Ryan Long, Founder of Elite Companies.

 

 

Jim Feltch comes to ELITE with over 20 years of Construction Management experience and has proven successful in his career integrating executive leadership, strategic planning, and vision forecasting. Long continued, “with this new partnership, I will be transitioning from President and Founder to President and Chief Operating Officer.” In this position Long will continue to foster current and new client relationships and pursuits and take on a central role for overall operations and strategic initiatives. “I’m looking forward to recruiting the industry’s strongest talent and building a team that will take ELITE into the next level of professional service offerings”, said Long.

 

 

Also joining the firm is Mark Rimes as Project Director. Mark will provide leadership and oversight in all market segments and to project management teams. Mark joins ELITE COMPANIES™ with a successful construction and design career spanning 2 decades.

 

Long says, “Mark’s background in the architectural and construction industry will bring synergy to our project management teams and to our owner representative services, as well in keeping a continued focus on our team’s strategic design/build/assist project delivery opportunities.”

 

 

Rusty Stitt, PhD, will continue in his role as an Executive Client Advocate for K-12 market segment clients and partners. In addition, Rusty will engage in other market initiatives and opportunities which utilize his extensive background. Long states, “Rusty’s well-rounded career in the leadership roles previously held will bring valuable mentorship and growth potential to internal teammates and external clients. As we continue to expand our team, providing career paths for our skilled teammates is a key differentiator in our company culture and strategy. Rusty will serve a key functional role in providing a wider lens in focused team leadership and accountability.”Long states, “as I look to 2022 and beyond, ELITE plans to take its strong foundation of key clients, experienced project management professionals and award-winning company culture to the next level. With recent additions to our executive team, and ability to actively recruit top-tier talent in this region, we intend to scale the company rapidly, building our network of key professionals and key clients in Southwest Michigan.”
